Using grouping messages by subject, the subject in the template if different removes the previous one to send and the message becomes ungrouped.

The 'Template' and 'Sequence' options are not appearing when I compose a message.

Hi, I see there's a follow up if no reply in the sequence builder. Would it be possible to have a choice there for follow up if email isn't opened? That would meke this a killer tool! Tahnk you -Andy

You can change or delete the name of a specific group. There should always be a default group where contacts who are no longer part of a group will go.
